About Ciarra Nevitt

Olympic Opening Ceremony Dancer and National Youth Theatre Trained Actress Ciarra Nevitt (25) was born in the UK and grew up in South London. From the age of 11-16 Ciarra moved to Spain with her family and attended a Spanish secondary school. Ciarra is half English with a Caribbean twist (Jamaican/St. Lucian.) Locals remember her as a spokenword aritst, however Ciarra Nevitt is best known for what’s being the called the new 'triple threat'; as she is an Actor-Writer-Producer.

VInspired Award winner, bringing you the powerful spoken word film Impossible Beauty. 2014 Winner of the BFI short film competition with her film Drawn To You. At the age of 21, she wrote/produced/co-directed/co-starred in her first feature film ‘Suffering In Silence‘ which was premiered at the Cinema Museum. In 2012 Ciarra Nevitt became a Live UnLtd Award winner. In 2013 Ciarra Nevitt & Jamal Woon's Film ‘Young, Talented and Broke’ was a highly commended short film/runner up in the IF and The Guardian’s film competition and was featured in The Guardian as well as being selected in the Fresh Faced Festival.
